All I want you to do is watch a lot of tv. WHAT? Are you crazy... you're thinking. Nope. Because while you watch tv, you're going to be jumping on the mini-trampoline during the commercials.

Since there's 20+ minutes of commercials for each hour of shows, I give you permission to watch as much tv as you can... BUT ONLY if you jump on the mini-trampoline during each commercial.

2. Vacuum Pose

Again, you can do this during tv commercials. Fill up that dead time. What you do is suck in your lower belly (not your upper belly) and hold for 20 or more seconds. I'll let you in on a secret.
